A double postgraduate in MA ( English Literature ) from Central University- Hyderabad and MSW from Osmania University. She has 16 years of experience in the social development sector and 12 years as a senior administrative officer in ICFAI.  She retired as Deputy Manager- Employability Programs- Tech Mahindra Foundation (erstwhile Satyam foundation, the CSR arm of Satyam Computers). She is proficient in developing and implementing projects with desired outcomes. During her tenure in Satyam Foundation, she has also worked in the areas of Health, Education, Environment, Livelihoods etc. In Tech Mahindra Foundation, she handled 11 employability projects including disability projects.
