Launched in our Skill Training Centre in Gangaputra colony, this program specifically targets children from families of daily wage laborers, domestic workers, and marginalized groups, where education often takes a back seat due to poverty and lack of guidance.

 Our field workers have gone door-to-door in these densely populated areas to identify children who are out of school, academically struggling, or in danger of dropping out. These children are then enrolled in the after-school program to give them a second chance at academic success.

The program offers:

• Daily tuition support after school hours
• Focused assistance in core subjects: English, Math, Science, and Telugu
• An assigned teacher for academic and emotional support
• Learning materials, stationery, and moral support provided
• Empowerment through values-based learning

Since its inception, this initiative has brought:

• Improved school performance and attendance
• Higher levels of self-confidence among children
• Increased parental involvement in education
• A renewed hope for the future
